1. Introduction

WMS Ligero is an enterprise Warehouse Management System designed for inventory, logistics, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, transfers, cycle counting, and related warehouse operations.

2. Data Controller and Data Processor Roles

The Client acts as the Data Controller for operational data. Agil3 Software acts as Data Processor. Agil3 acts as Data Controller only for billing, licensing, support, and administrative data.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Name, email, username, roles, permissions
• Authentication data (hashed passwords)

Operational Data

• Inventory transactions, movements, orders
• SKUs, barcodes, serials, lots
• Warehouse locations and tasks

Technical Data

• Device info, OS, app version
• IP address, logs, diagnostics

Optional Data

• Camera (barcode scanning, photos)
• Microphone (voice input)
• Location (only if required by workflow)

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• No contacts or SMS messages
• No advertising tracking or profiling for advertising purposes
• No sale of personal data

The above refers to the WMS Ligero application. Browsing this website does generate navigation data, as described in section 12.

5. Purpose of Processing

• System access and authentication
• Warehouse operations execution
• ERP and integrations
• Reporting and traceability
• Support and maintenance

6. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Cloud providers
• ERP and logistics systems

7. Data Retention

Data is retained during the contract and as required by law. Logs and backups are retained for operational and compliance purposes.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data through their employer (Client) or by contacting us directly.

10. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for users under 18.

12. Website Cookies and Analytics

This section applies only to browsing wmsligero.com, not to the WMS Ligero application. We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4: measures in aggregate how many people visit the site, which channel they come from, and which pages they view. We do not use it for advertising or to identify individual visitors.
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymously records page interaction (scrolling, clicks, and navigation path) to detect usability problems. Text entered into forms is masked and is not recorded.
• HubSpot: powers the contact form and demo scheduling. The data you submit there is stored in HubSpot so we can respond to your request.

These services set cookies in your browser. You can delete or block them from your browser settings; the site will keep working, although demo scheduling may be affected.
