1. Introduction

WMS Ligero is an enterprise Warehouse Management System designed for inventory, logistics, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, transfers, cycle counting, and related warehouse operations.

2. Data Controller and Data Processor Roles

The Client acts as the Data Controller for operational data. Agil3 Software acts as Data Processor. Agil3 acts as Data Controller only for billing, licensing, support, and administrative data.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Name, email, username, roles, permissions
• Authentication data (hashed passwords)

Operational Data

• Inventory transactions, movements, orders
• SKUs, barcodes, serials, lots
• Warehouse locations and tasks

Technical Data

• Device info, OS, app version
• IP address, logs, diagnostics

Optional Data

• Camera (barcode scanning, photos)
• Microphone (voice input)
• Location (only if required by workflow)

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• No contacts, SMS, or browsing data
• No advertising tracking
• No sale of personal data

5. Purpose of Processing

• System access and authentication
• Warehouse operations execution
• ERP and integrations
• Reporting and traceability
• Support and maintenance

6. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Cloud providers
• ERP and logistics systems
• Legal authorities if required

7. Data Retention

Data is retained during the contract and as required by law. Logs and backups are retained for operational and compliance purposes.

9. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data through their employer (Client) or by contacting us directly.

10. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for users under 18.
